Administrative Staff

Janice HootJanice Hoot, Office Administrator

When you call Pathways Forensic & Mental Health Services, PLLC, your first contact will be with Ms. Janice Hoot, office administrator to Dr. V. Jean Stanley, and other professionals associated with Pathways FMHS. Having joined the Pathways family in October 2015, Janice will guide you through scheduling your first appointment using the patient portal; or she will gladly schedule your appointment for you when you call. In either case, you will be given an appointment with a therapist best suited for your needs at a time that will fit well with your schedule. For new clients using insurance, Janice will also collect the information necessary for immediate insurance verification when possible; or follow up with you within 24 hours in most cases. For existing clients, agency representatives, attorneys, or others inquiring about Pathways FMHS services, Janice conveys messages directly to the Pathways staff so your inquiries can be resolved with one working day. A native of Angelina County who attended Hudson High School, Janice is no stranger to the East Texas area. Over the course of her career, she has acquired an extensive background in quality assurance, multi-professional scheduling, finance management, organizational tasks, and is proficient in the use of office management software. With that said, Janice is a welcome addition to the Pathways staff, and she will be happy to assist you when you call.  Janice conveys messages directly to the Pathways therapists.
